Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the P&C Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster employee engagement.
- Assist in managing employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding activities, including the collection of required documents and conducting new hire orientations.
- Assist in talent management activities, such as performance management, learning and development, and succession planning. Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, communicating changes and updates to the HR team and ensuring compliance.
- Participate in HR projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging HR concepts, bringing innovative ideas to improve HR service delivery.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide support to employees.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HRIS systems preferably PayGlobal and data analytical tools particularly Excel.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR with exposure to multiple HR functions preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
