We are looking to recruit a team player who understands timely deliverables and accurate reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring proper revenue recording, timely cashflow collections as well as regular reporting to management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all Skyeye Revenue streams.
- Manage projects contractual invoicing and collections.
- Maximize cashflows through regular follow ups on customer payments.
- Manage the procurement process with cost optimization.
- Stock Reconciliation.
- Ensure all Revenue Platforms reconciliations are performed regularly.
- Regular tracking of all Revenue Platform balances for seamless operations.
- Assist with MPAY Payment Gateway online transfers and reconciliation.
- Update daily cashflow and platform balance reporting to management.
- Assist CFO for performance measurement and other financial reporting.
- Other SkyEye projects duties as assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Min 3 Years Work Experience.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
SKILLS
- Proficient in Xero Accounting Software.
- Sound MS Word and Excel skill.
- Proven ability to follow process with strong attention to detail.
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
