salary between 300,000 and 400,000 XPF depending on expertise

Missions

In this unique setting, we are looking for a Security Manager  to oversee the security operations carried out by our service provider Bora Bora Protection , and ensure the protection of property, customers and employees.

🎯 Your main missions:

Security Operations Management:

  • Assist the Technical Director in fire prevention and emergency management programs.

  • Conduct safety audits (OSHA), risk assessments, and track incidents.

  • Develop procedures for the secure closure of facilities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations.

  • Apply key and access control procedures.

  • Establish a monthly checklist for video surveillance equipment, secure doors and alarms.

  • Integrate the inspection of the recording system into security rounds.

  • Apply the “Duty of Care” process for the protection of customers and employees.

  • Monitor unusual activities that may affect the well-being of people on site.

  • Manage security-related complaints, disputes and conflicts.

  • Implement action plans to monitor and control risks.

  • Oversee investigations into incidents involving customers or employees.

  • Supervise the accident prevention committee.

  • Oversee the first aid program.

  • Manage civil liability and work accident files.

  • Communicate safety procedures and ensure that teams understand them.

  • Foster teamwork and interdepartmental cooperation.

  • Encourage trust, respect and collaboration among team members.

  • Provide assistance, medical or emotional support to those affected.

  • Serve as a role model by adopting exemplary behaviors.

  • Use your people skills to positively influence and encourage others.

 

Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify training needs and develop appropriate programs.

  • Evaluate the performance of the security department to ensure professionalism and quality.

  • Delivering service beyond expectations to build customer loyalty.

 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Analyze information and propose appropriate solutions.

  • Develop relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.

  • Inform managers and colleagues of relevant items in a timely manner.

  • Communicate effectively by phone, email or in person.

 

Profile sought

Baccalaureate or equivalent + 4 years of experience in security/loss prevention

OR

  • Bac+2 in Criminal Justice or related field + 2 years of experience.

  • Leadership, rigor, sense of service and discretion.

  • Excellent communication and conflict management skills.

  • Mastery of security standards and monitoring tools.
