KiteSUP Cook Islands, the leading Kite & Wing school and paddle board center on Rarotonga, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join us as a Surf Shop Sales & Tour Representative!
- Welcome and assist customers in our surf shop, providing expert advice on surf wear, dive gear, and accessories.
- Manage bookings for KiteSUP Cook Islands Water Sports Centre.
- Promote exclusive brands and eco-friendly products available in-store.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed, and organized.
- Handle cash transactions and assist with inventory management.
- Provide detailed information and answer inquiries about our watersport tours and activities.
- Requirements:
- Strong passion for watersports, adventure, and island life.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in retail or adventure tourism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
