The above position will be based in our Central Sales Department located at Makoi, Nasinu and reports directly to the Sales Manager-Central.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Following sales strategies that ensures attainment of company's sales goals/targets and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring required merchandising techniques and standards are being consistently followed throughout the area
- Market visitation and listening to the voice of the customer and proactively providing them with feedback and meeting their requirements
- Regularly communicating with sales team to achieve consistent practices and achievement of company expectations.
- Communicating market intelligence data for strategic decision making process
- General supervision and monitoring of team for both key and route's areas's
- Building healthy relationships with customers
- Ensuring that all picked orders are invoiced for delivery
- Developing new market opportunities
- Organizing and monitoring of sampling team and their related program
- Ability to identify areas of improvement within system & processes and also suggest innovative ideas and concepts
Key Competency Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Sales or Business management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer management, communication, people management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Matured and self-driven
- Strong commitment in meeting deadlines
- Valid Group 2 Drivers license
