We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and business activities from our Denarau Office.
Seventh Heaven is Fiji's premium floating day club a short 45-minute boat trip from Port Denarau A multi-level platform with 2 decks and nearly 6000sq feet (550sq metres) of space
International Kitchen with food prepared fresh on board daily by a team of Chefs. Fresh Woodfired pizzas with an on-board Italian fire brick oven
Full bar including top-shelf spirits, premium wines, and local and imported beers, and our mixologists crafting a range of delicious refreshing cocktails.

Tasks and duties
• Manage day to day activities with reservations & booth sales staff.
•Visit all tour desks and resorts on a set schedule to deliver product knowledge & brochures.
• Motivate reservations and booth sales team to drive production.
•Ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved throughout the sales and delivery process.
• Collaborate with other managers and key employees to achieve important tasks
• Collaborate with third party land & boat transfer company's for pax movements on a day-to- day basis as and where needed.
Track and report guest numbers and sales figures daily, send report to Director(s)
Updating availability on our reservations system and OTA channels.
• Work closely with contracted agents and small operators with daily updated pax numbers, product refreshers, famil trips etc.
• Manage rosters for Reservations & Booth Staff.
•Work closely with the finance team in tracking payments and updating on booking system.
• Build strategic relationships with related companies in the industry both locally and internationally.

Experience and Character required
•Proven experience as a manager in Tourism Hospitality
• Reliable communication skills
• Ability to build on employees' strengths
• Positive and level-headed temperament
•Adept at setting goals for individuals and the team
• Efficient decision-making skills
