Do you see yourself as a Rooms Controller for InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa at Natadola Bay?
Rooms Coordinator oversees the efficient operation of the Front Office department in allocating guest rooms to accommodate guest needs. This person will be responsible for verification of reservations, online bookings and rooming lists. Maintain ongoing communication with reservations ensuring all operational standards are met including brand standards, audit requirements and overall guest satisfaction.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Ensuring transparent communication between Front Office and Housekeeping Teams.
• Demonstrate key service brand behaviors and leads by example
• Understand and live IHG Winning Ways and use them as a guidance in daily interactions and decisions.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other, understand IHG performance journey and taking ownership of room allocations ensuring that all special requests are accommodated
• Coordinating with ISC teams to ensure all rooms are ready according to guest arrival time.
• Be able to, when required to check in and check out all members.
• We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team members who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations & provide a high-level of service excellence to our resort guests.

The ideal candidate is to possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management.
• 4+ years' experience in a hotel industry with a similar role
•  Must speak local language.
•  Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills.
• Working knowledge of hotel property management systems.
