Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and make them feel at home.
- Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and ready for guests.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver smooth service.
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests.
- Support the team with various tasks to ensure a great dining experience.
- Help with other duties as needed by the management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to live and work on the island for extended periods.
