our world-class dining and bar experiences.

Restaurant and Bar Manager

The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee all operations of the resort’s dining outlets and bars, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient operations, and adherence to the resort’s standards. This hands-on role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a multicultural team in a remote, island environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in the similar role in a luxury resorts/hospitality
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Knowledge of fine wines, premium cocktails & international cuisine
• Basic Financial management knowledge
• Passion, adaptability & flair for creating memorable moments
