Profile sought

3 years of experience in a Reservations Manager or Yield Manager position in the hotel sector

Bac +2 in Tourism, Hospitality, Commerce, Management (BTS Tourism, BTS Hospitality, and Catering recommended)

Fluent English (written/spoken)

Your main missions:

As part of its reopening planned for the end of 2025, the TAHITI LAGOON RESORT hotel (Ex- Le Méridien Tahiti / Sofitel Tahiti) is looking for a RESERVATIONS MANAGER.

The hotel has 142 rooms (overwater bungalows, suites, and rooms), 2 restaurants, 2 bars, and several banquet spaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of individual reservations (FIT), groups, and banquets.

Optimizing revenue on OTAs.

Training and supervision of a team of ONE person.

GOALS

Optimize hotel occupancy rate and revenue per room

Ensure the accuracy of information entered into the PMS

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through smooth and accurate processing of reservations

PRE-OPENING MISSIONS

Installation of hotel reservation and PMS software and opening of sales (July 1, 2025)

Implementation of reservation procedures (FIT, GROUP, OTA, etc.) and integration of PBB (online stock)

Commercial relationship with hotel customers and prospects

OPERATIONAL MISSIONS

Entry, modification, cancellation, and monitoring of reservations in the PMS and OTA platforms, respecting internal procedures

Customer advice and support, proposing options adapted to their needs and hotel offers

Issuance of confirmations, vouchers, reservation notes, and associated administrative follow-up

Management of complaints, incidents, and specific customer requests with responsiveness and professionalism

Coordination with internal services (reception, sales, housekeeping, back office) to ensure smooth and quality customer stays
