Resort/Operations Manager

Location: Royal Davui Island Resort, Fiji

Royal Davui Island Resort is looking for a Resort/Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day running of our private island resort. This role is for someone who understands the unique challenges of remote island operations and has the leadership skills to manage multiple departments effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all resort operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support department heads in daily tasks and long-term planning.
• Ensure high standards in service, maintenance, and guest experience.
• Monitor costs, stock control, and overall resort logistics.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold the resort’s quality and service standards.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and implementing operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hospitality management experience, preferably in luxury resorts.
• Proven leadership and operational management skills.
• A hands-on, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to island life.
