Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our team at Port Denarau Marina. As a Reservations Executive, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of guest bookings and reservations. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to outstanding service will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they inquire to their departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, offering information on marina services, and assisting with bookings.
• Maintain up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the booking system.
• Collaborate with the marina team to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
• Monitor and update availability, pricing, and schedules for various marina services.
• Handle any special requests or unique requirements from guests, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties, including creating reports and managing correspondence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or marina industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems (knowledge of marina-specific platforms is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
