Position: Reservations & Communication Agents

About the role:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsible for:

• Handling guest reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Managing bookings through third-party websites
• Updating systems and guest details accurately
• Enforcing billing instructions and credit card policies
• Liaising with internal departments and external clients

What We’re Looking For

1. Previous experience in a Resort Reservations or Front Office role is a must
2. Experience with Seekom is a plus, full training will be provided
3. A proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
4. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
5. Great written and verbal communication
6. Must be proficient in Windows and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster, with competitive pay based on experience
