Reservations Agent

Ahura Resorts proudly manages two of Fiji’s most iconic and award-winning properties – Malolo Island Resort and Likuliku Lagoon Resort, located in the breathtaking Mamanuca Islands.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within a high-performing reservations environment, ideally with exposure to 4–5 star hospitality standards.

Based in our Nadi office, this role offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to be part of a passionate, service-driven team.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a hotel/resort environment or relevant qualifications
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and phone systems
• Experience with Opera / Opera Cloud PMS (highly regarded)
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine focus on both guest experience and team collaboration
