Royal Davui Island Resort is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Sales Agent to join our dedicated team, based on island.

As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for managing reservations with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to reservation accuracy. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into reservations, answering guest questions, while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with a diverse clientele, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and resort amenities.
• Assist guests with special requests and tailor bookings to meet their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and events.
• Ensure all reservations are accurately recorded in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Prepare reports on reservations statistics and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
