ALL JOBS FROM AROUND THE PACIFIC

If you would like to be part of our award winning team, we are seeking a reservations agent to join our Reservations team. This is a full time position.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Handling of reservation bookings via telephone, email and internet with ability to use your sales expertise to maximise sales and problem solve
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English
• Training on property management system will be provided as well as full product training.
• Previous hotel experience essential
• Knowledge of Micros Opera Reservations system an advantage
• Data entry work required to maintain our guest database
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word and use of spread sheets is required
• Ability to work unsupervised and to liaise with clientele of all levels

The position requires excellent personal presentation and a willingness to live on island with meals and accommodation provided.
Previous island experience would be considered an advantage.
