RESERVATION AGENT

Position Overview
As a Reservations Agent at VOMO Island Resort, you will play a crucial role in the guest experience by providing professional, warm, and efficient service from the initial point of contact. Your responsibilities will include managing all reservations-related communications to ensure accuracy and elegance in every interaction while supporting the resort's revenue and occupancy goals. This role is essential for delivering the seamless and anticipatory service for which VOMO is known.

• Handling of reservation bookings via telephone, email and internet with ability to use your sales expertise to maximise sales and problem solve.
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
• Training on property management system will be provided as well as full product training.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Micros Opera Reservations system.
• Data entry work required to maintain our guest database.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word and use of spread sheets is required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and to liaise with clientele of all levels.

The position requires excellent personal presentation and a willingness to live on island with meals and accommodation provided. Previous island experience would be considered an advantage.
