Positions: Rental Car Office Clerk and Vehicle  Detailer

Location: Port Vila ,Vanuatu

Working Hours: Rostered over a 7 day week so must be flexible and available to work weekends

As a Tourism employee , you’ll be the welcoming face of Europcar Vanuatu, assisting customers with their rental car needs and giving local advice.. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, processing rental agreements, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work 7 days a week
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
