If you this, is you, the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is recruiting for a Recreation Attendant.
General Overview of Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Lead and participate in recreational activities including swimming, dancing, games, and creative workshops.
- Use your creativity to design fun, inclusive, and memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
- Monitor safety and cleanliness of recreational areas, including pools, play areas and gym.
- Assist with water-based activities—must be confident and capable in the water.
- Set up and pack down equipment for events and programs.
- Provide information about schedules, rules, and equipment usage.
- Enforce facility rules and respond to emergencies or incidents appropriately.
- Support special events, themed parties, and seasonal programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be able to demonstrate patience, compassion and understanding to handle diverse range of guests
- Competent swimmer and able to assist in aquatic activities.
- Comfortable dancing and leading movement-based activities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for guest engagement.
- Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment and stand for extended periods.
