• Communicate directly with service providers, vendors, and maintenance contractors for quotes and debt management such as timely invoice/payment processing.
• Keeping track of supply and material inventories.
• Raising LPO for any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
• Process account receivables and provide analysis on accounts to management.
• Ensure utility bills are paid on time.
• Process payment of tenancy rents in timely manner.
• Read and route incoming mail and answer correspondence as directed
• File correspondence as needed
• Provide a monthly report of property transactions - paid and pending
• Degree in Accounting/Administration
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative-related role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Excellent human relations, communication, and negotiating skills are critical.
• Computer literacy especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
