Credit Corporation Finance Limited is currently recruiting for the role of Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. The incumbent will ensure that projects are running smoothly, within budget, on schedule and in scope in addition to meeting customer, statutory/regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with key project stakeholders to clearly define and document plans incorporating the main objectives, purpose, scope, budget, deliverables and timelines for each project.
  • Create and maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with the methodologies, governance and quality standards.
  • Ensure effective engagement of all stakeholders during each phase of project prioritization, planning, execution and closure.
  • Manage project expectations with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, workshops and other project meetings as required.
  • Coordinate and monitor allocated projects through the entire project lifecycle
  • Ensure project tasks and commitments are achieved within agreed scope, schedule and budget parameters and in accordance with the bank’s project management governance framework.
  • Manage risks and issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure project software systems are maintained with accurate up-to-date information on overall project health, task completion, financial budget and actual expenditure, issues and risks.
  • Ensure appropriate handover of project outcomes to business owners upon project finalization.
  • Contribute to the Company’s achievement of its transformation objectives.
  • Ensure projects are undertaken according to Credit Corporation methodologies, governance and quality standards.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or related field
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is desirable
  • A relevant qualification with substantial project management expertise or appropriate combination of experience, qualifications, and training.
  • Previous experience in successfully planning and leading complex projects using a range of project methodologies
  • Experience developing project management documentation including Project Management Plans, Business Cases, Change Management Plans
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with the ability to consult, inform, influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • High level of organisational skill and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines.
