BRED BANK Solomon seeks application from a qualified experienced, result oriented, competent, and highly enthusiastic individual to work with us for the position of Product Development and Marketing Officer. This position with attractive renumeration package and shall report directly to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• This role is established to develop a marketing plan and create a marketing and sales strategy that will support the organization to achieve its business objectives and to provide secretary assistance to the CEO.

Preferred Qualification/and Criteria:

• Preferably, a tertiary qualification- a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management or IT related field from incredible tertiary institution.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Marketing and Product design or a similar role in a banking environment will be an advantage.
• Age 25 Years and Above
• Good in events planning and organizing.
• A high degree of client service and administrative skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs such Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent in networking and product knowledge to generate potential business and general client.
• Has the capacity to handle bank’s social media account in accordance with bank’s policy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in design and marketing strategies.
