The Public Service Commission is seeking well qualified applicants for the position of Permanent Secretary for the ministry of Justice in the Civil Service. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading and managing the Ministry, including policy support and advice.

Eligible candidates should have high level academic qualifications and senior executive leadership experience in large and complex organizations in the private or public sectors. They should possess exceptional management capabilities and have relevant experience in setting strategic direction, leading organizational change programs, and leading people to high performance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, including refined political nous to build strong relationships, foster stakeholder engagement, create new partnerships, and drive a culture of excellence and innovation through technology, is essential.
