SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to create and manage effective working relationship at all levels.
- Proven understanding of people dynamics, passion for employee support and wellbeing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution and establish a win-win scenario.
- At least 3 to 5 years of similar work experience with demonstrated capabilities in:
- Recruitment and selection
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Training and development
- Performance management
- Employee relations, health, safety and wellbeing
- HR software preferably link soft
- Well versed with ERA and WRO - hospitality
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Strong work ethics; honest and flexible towards working hours with time management skills.
- Must be willing to travel and multi-task
- Able to demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
- Bachelor's degree in HR/IR/ Management.
- Completion of TOT's from FNU or USP preferred.
