Responsibilities
• Execute Asco Motors' People and Culture strategy
• Contribute to the development and achievement of Asco Motors' medium-and long-term strategy, ensuring the effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations.
• Contribute to the development of a robust culture through role modelling and connection people to the Asco Motors values and the behaviors that drive this culture
• Ensure that the job design is aligned with a structured Workforce Plan and Framework.
• Ensure alignment and adherence with organizational quality assurance, governance policies, processes and standards and external legal and regulatory requirements
• Build a culture of performance across the organization with oversight and continued development of the Performance Review & Development framework
• Develop action plans that build employee engagement and connect with the organization's desired culture.
• Manage a transparent, efficient, and robust talent acquisition and employee relations through the HR team.
• As a senior leader, you will coach, develop and guide your team and others across the business.
Requirements
• University degree in HR.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent human relations, communication, and negotiating skills are critical.
• Computer literacy especially in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
• Must be able to positively represent the company at senior levels and contribute as a Senior Manager.
