Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from for the Painter position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Paint & Panel Workshop, Lautoka. Responsibilities:
- Assessing and analyzing the damaged areas to prepare for painting.
- Sanding, cleaning, and printing vehicle surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion and smooth finishes.
- Skillfully matching paint colors to the original vehicle color or customer specifications.
- Ensuring that painted surfaces are smooth, free of imperfections, and match surrounding areas seamlessly.
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Painting the vehicles with a high level of efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Trade certificate in Automotive Panel Beating & Painting.
- Should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive engineering industry.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated, reliable, honest and punctual.
- Must have a valid group 2 driving license.
