Punjas is a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of consumer goods in the Pacific Region.
The Operation Manager is required to oversee Warehouse Management, Invoicing and documentation, Statutory compliances and documentation, Debtors’ collection as and when required, Stock Management, Office Management and housekeeping, Take overall charge of the Retail store functions and processes, ensure monthly sales budget for Retail is archived with desired budgeted margin, Map out strategies in consultation with Country Manager on retail business development, Review product margins for retail business in line with market competition, Plan for retail indoor promotion to attract customers create some hype, periodically, Performing daisy cash balancing with cashiers, Managing and conducting monthly stock takes for retail shop and submitting the reports to finance team and timely basis, Supervising the daily operations, by monitoring inward and outward of inventory, Provide assistance to Finance managers as and when required, Carry out additional roles such as cashier, invoicing, admin & finance when required periodically, Other associated duties with this function.
