We are seeking a professional, highly organised individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Administrator. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of administrative expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to leadership and day-to-day operations.
Proficiency with office management tools, payroll systems, FRCS and FNPF processes
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
Experience in strategic planning and project management
Vendor negotiation and relationship management experience
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic priorities and deadlines
Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing learning and growth
Experience in performance metric development and tracking
Ability to manage responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency
Certificate or Degree in a relevant field
Several years of experience in a similar role
Strong typing and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Microsoft Word
PowerPoint
Outlook
Exceptional multitasking and organisational ability
Consistent professional attendance and workplace conduct
