We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our team. We aim to provide 'Exceptional Customer Experience to Everyone! Every day! at Niu Ford. Job tasks and responsibilities

This role will introduce you to our strategic sales related activities aimed at the profitability of the sales department, while exceeding customer expectations and fully leveraging all opportunities.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
  • Managing customer enquiries and follow up.
  • Maintaining accurate customer inquiry records.
  • Achieving and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Opening and setting up the dealership for the day.
  • Develop and maintain good customer relations which leads to effective sales outcomes.
  • Helping you and your team meeting sales targets, KPIs and income for all.
  • Maintain the Vehicle Showroom, personal workstation and personal appearance.
  • Assist prospective customers with vehicle enquiries.
  • Working effectively to achieve weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong, demonstrated background in Automotive Sales with references is essential.
  • A high level of motivation and be self-driven to achieve individual business goals.
  • Experience using ERA Power or similar DMS Highly Regarded.
  • The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and close a sale.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a great working culture.
  • The desire and motivation to learn and grow new skills.
  • Current manual drivers license.
