About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, professional, and personable Meet & Greet Representative to represent Epic at Nadi International Airport. This key role involves welcoming guests, coordinating transfers, and ensuring exceptional service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Liaise with transfer drivers and the operations team for smooth coordination
- Offer guidance and support to guests regarding bookings and services
- Use phone and email to maintain communication and update records
- Perform basic reporting and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Must reside in the Nadi area
- Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Flexible with working hours, including early morning and evening shifts
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong background or understanding of tourism and hospitality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general email use
- Presentable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a friendly personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
