About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, professional, and personable Meet & Greet Representative to represent Epic at Nadi International Airport. This key role involves welcoming guests, coordinating transfers, and ensuring exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• Liaise with transfer drivers and the operations team for smooth coordination
• Offer guidance and support to guests regarding bookings and services
• Use phone and email to maintain communication and update records
• Perform basic reporting and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Must reside in the Nadi area
• Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
• Flexible with working hours, including early morning and evening shifts
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong background or understanding of tourism and hospitality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general email use
• Presentable, punctual, and enthusiastic with a friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
