As an Esthetician / Massage Therapist (FH), you will be one of our Brand Ambassadors.
Under the supervision of our SPA Complex Director (who oversees the St. Regis Bora Bora and The Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa), and our SPA Manager, your responsibilities will include the following :
To welcome, advise and support clients throughout their Spa experience.
Performing wellness massages (Polynesian, Deep Tissue, relaxing…) as well as facial, body, and hand treatments…
Identify customer needs, check for any contraindications and adapt services to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
To provide personalized service and contribute to customer loyalty.
Advise clients on spa treatments, products and offers, and participate in sales development.
Prepare the treatment rooms, ensure the maintenance and disinfection of equipment and compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards.
Participate in the daily management of the Spa: welcoming, reception, monitoring reservations, maintaining spaces, checking equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
Desired profile
Diploma in aesthetics (CAP, BP, BTS or equivalent).
Training in wellness massage is essential.
A first experience in a spa or high-end hotel
Sense of hospitality and service, excellent presentation, discretion, rigor and team spirit.
Good interpersonal and sales skills.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a third language is an asset.
