S.Nagindas & Compant Pte Limited is a Market Leader in Fiji's Clothing Retail with 12 Stores and E-Commerce Websites. We are looking for energetic and self motivated individual to join S Nagindas Marketing department based at the Head Office in Navakai, Nadi.
Job Description:
Marketing manager will be responsible for manage enhance marketing e-commerce platforms, overseeing marketing campaigns, improving brand awareness, and driving lead generation efforts across various channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Support and manage marketing team with concept development, planning and execution of projects.
- Planning, organizing production and managing all digital marketing, printed media, e-commerce strategies, web services, visual marketing projects and other marketing related activities. (Posters, digital artworks, photographs, catalogues, website, etc.)
- Ensuring all customer inquiries are responded on a timely manner.
- Track marketing activity for ongoing marketing campaign and survey to analyze the effectiveness of a campaign.
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and marketing mix by competitors.
- Responsible for quality control of marketing content.
- Responsible of outsourcing and procurement of publication of content produced inhouse or externally (catalogue, printing, banners, flyers, etc.)
- Identify and source talents for photoshoots or other projects.
- Manage and oversee organizations e commerce business efforts.
- Overseeing business to business (B2B) and business to customers (B2C) transactions on e-commerce platforms.
- Involved in the development of new and upcoming e commerce technologies or services. (Payment systems, web Development, trend analysis, cloud-based system, etc....)
- Lead and allocate work to marketing team members and supervise them and ensure tasks are completed.
- Ensure web services and transactions are carried out as per local and international protocols set by regulatory governing bodies.
- Submit reports to Director and General Manager monthly on projects completed, expenses and give plans for upcoming month.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Marketing required from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all staff.
- Commitment towards deadlines and has the initiative to go above and beyond expectation.
The role will be at a senior level.
