We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager Property to oversee the management of our commercial complex and shop lot. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the properties, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property value. This is a key position and will be based in MHCC Building, Suva

MANAGER PROPERTY
Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial complex and shop lot, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are
met.
Lease Administration: Handle lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate with on-site staff and contractors to ensure efficient property operations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance issues to the Directors and Executive Management.
Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property management, with a strong background in overseeing commercial properties.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
