To succeed in this role, you must possess the following:

Excellent administrative skills and proven ability to reset systems and processes to improve efficiencies.

Proven examples of anticipating documentation needed for meetings and arranging them proactively

Proven examples of managing costs by challenging all costs that you process for approvals.

Proven ability to handle VIPs like Directors with clear structures and care and efficiently.

Proven examples of having exceptional intuition, and anticipatory skill, as well as ability to connect the dots - which skills that have prevented poor decisions and /or prompted timely action to be taken to avoid problems arising.

Be a strategic partner to the MD & CEO by building trust, ensuring confidentiality, and anticipating needs.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Legal Administration, Sales & Marketing or demonstrated level of knowledge acquired through experience.

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.

Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
