KEY OUTCOMES:
- Oversee all aspects of aluminum sales, production, including casting, rolling, extrusion, and finishing processes.
- Tender submission for projects and ensure sales target are achieved.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve production issues.
- compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing waste.
- Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Draw shop drawings as and when required.
- Market study in new and innovative products.
- Maintain a database for clientele.
MUST HAVE:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in aluminum manufacturing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum production processes and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aware of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Have the drive, energy and personality to work as part of a team.
- Be able to use AutoCAD or any other software required for drawings.
- MS Projects knowledge.
