We are currently seeking suitably skilled personnel for the role of MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible to assist the Team Leader Maintenance and coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work in the building while leading a dynamic team of skilled individuals.

• Ability to coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings or other complexes.
• Ability to manage a team, regularly inspect sites.
• Develop and maintain a plan and schedule routine preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Competent in running an efficient maintenance operation which can fulfill operational and guest demand and meet set targets.
• Certification (Diploma or Degree in Engineering from a recognized institute
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
•  EFL accredited wireman's license holder would be an added advantage.
•  Possess valid driver's license.
•  Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
•  Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to handle work pressure and be flexible towards working hours.
•  Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
