We have an opportunity within our Maintenance team for a Maintenance Attendant.

Your day-to-day

The Maintenance Attendant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure that the facilities, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently. This includes addressing repairs, performing inspections, and assisting in the overall upkeep of the property. This role will support the team which will include but not limited to the following:

• Perform general maintenance duties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and repair needs promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Assist in preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and systems remain in good working order.
• Support other departments with any repair or maintenance-related needs.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties as required (e.g., landscaping, snow removal).
• Collaborate with external contractors when necessary for more specialized repairs.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and guests when attending to repair needs.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role or similar position is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift/move heavy objects as required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours if necessary.
