We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Loan Administration Officer to join our Credit team by monitoring the performance of the customer loan portfolio for our business.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES)

  • Perform regular analysis of the loan portfolio and other related customer data reports to ensure proper monitoring of the accounts, delinquencies and write-offs.
  • Provide updated monthly customer loan portfolio reports, Personal and Commercial new business report, drawn and undrawn, and any additional reports that will be required from time to time by the key stakeholders.
  • Provide fortnightly progress reports for customer loan accounts per stage, the status of delinquent accounts and related collection efforts. Coordinate with Collections, Retail and Commercial department to accelerate the collection process.
  • Prepare Commercial and Personal loan reports and liaise with IT department regarding the timely completion and submission of credit reports to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify efficiencies in the collection process, quality improvements and taking leadership with implementing of one initiative including communication and targeting training.
  • Participate in Credit and Collection team meetings, ongoing contribution to Credit and Collection training programs, mandatory inhouse training as well external continuous professional developments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING WITH YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years or more in Banking and Financial Lending experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in Commercial, Personal or Corporate Lending is desirable.
  • Knowledgeable in Personal and Commercial/Corporate loan products
  • Possess excellent Leadership abilities and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
