Live-In Caretaker Wanted – Guesthouse/Airbnb in Central Nadi.

We’re looking for a live-in caretaker to manage a guesthouse/Airbnb in central Nadi. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining the property, caring for pets, and assisting with guest care and housekeeping. This is a paid role, and accommodation is provided as part of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services: Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensure guest comfort, respond to inquiries, manage keys, and process payments.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep guest rooms and common areas clean with daily and weekly routines.
• Pet Care: Provide daily care for a senior dog and cat.
• Inventory Management: Submit weekly supply lists for cleaning and guest amenities.
• Property Oversight: Ensure the property is always secure, clean, and well-maintained.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced in hospitality, caretaking, or property management (preferred, but not essential)
• Proactive, organised, and an independent worker with strong communication skills
• Caring and comfortable with animals, especially in providing daily care
• Honest, dependable, attention to detail, and takes initiative when needed

This is a live-in role, and availability during guest check-in times is essential. These may occur early in the morning or late in the evening.
