Role Description:
CJ Patel group is seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead our L&D function and support a winning high-performance culture across the organization. This is a full-time on-site role based at our Head Office in Wailekutu, Lami.

  • Lead people and culture projects, including the design and delivery of learning strategies, leadership development programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, capability building and a high-performance culture.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development across all levels of the organization.
    Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Design tailored development programs aligned with individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and report on ROI.
  • Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training delivery. Support succession planning and performance management efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is desirable).
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and people transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning tools and LMS.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with experience in evaluating L&D impact and performance metrics
