Laundry Manager

Every room has to be perfect. We’re searching for the right Laundry Manager to make sure our standards never slip – managing all aspects of our laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences. With every single stay.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the laundry team. Ensure timely processing of all hotel linen, guest laundry, uniforms, and other items.
• Ensures that the laundry equipment are well maintained to function properly and has to have the ability to work effectively with Engineering/Maintenance or relevant department/section to ensure a smooth daily operation.
• Sorting laundry, operating washing machines, monitoring chemical usage, addressing quality issues, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth laundry operations.

What we need from you

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
• 3+ years total experience
• Direct supervisory experience over team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
