Are you a skilled Landscape Attendant/ Farmer & Pool Attendant looking for a unique opportunity to work in luxurious private island? Kokomo Private Island in Fiji is looking for three (3) dedicated and experienced candidates to join our team.

We are looking to recruit candidates based at Kokomo Private Island, Kadavu.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Farmer

·       Experience and knowledge in growing fruits, vegetables & herbs and have the ability to teach other people the various techniques & skills needed.

·       Experience of using the full range of hand tools and agricultural/horticultural machinery

·       Team-leading skills and good team player

·       A strong commitment to “locally produced food”

·       Capable of carrying out physical duties e.g., digging and lifting

·       Collaborate with the culinary team to grow fresh produce for our restaurants.

Landscaper

·       Need to have a flair for design, knowledge of plants and soils

·       Capable of carrying out physical duties e.g., digging and lifting

• Cultivate and maintain gardens, green spaces, and landscapes across the island.
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, flowers, and other vegetation.

·       Collaborate with the culinary team to grow fresh produce for our restaurants

·       Use individual judgment and knowledge of landscape principles to determine if all work complies with local standards and regulations

Pool Attendant

• Monitor pool areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, loungers, and surrounding areas.
• Attention to detail and friendly demeanor.

 

 Requirements

·       Proven record or experience on the three (3) roles.

·       Hydroponic knowledge for the Farmer applicant

·       Other safety training certification will be an advantage

·       Valid Driving License would be ideal.
