Sales and Client Relationship Management:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the joinery industry.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored joinery solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.

Quotation Preparation:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for joinery projects based on client specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure quotes align with manufacturing capabilities and timelines.
  • Revise and negotiate quotations as necessary to secure contracts.

Quantity Surveying:

  • Conduct quantity surveys to estimate the materials and labor required for joinery projects.
  • Analyse and assess project costs, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials at optimal prices.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Provide input on pricing strategies based on market analysis.

Product Knowledge:

  • Must possess material knowledge of items used in the joinery industry
  • To oversee market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in the promotion and advertising campaigns of the company, issuing the quality and attractive company brochures, updating the company profiles.

Must Have:

  • Trade Certificate in Joinery or Diploma in QS will be added advantage.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in similar role.
  • Driver License Group 2.
  • MS office Knowledge.
