Job Summary

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient operation.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on IT-related matters.
• Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Manage backup and recovery processes to prevent data loss.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
