Do you see yourself as an IT Assistant for InterContinental Hotel® Fiji Golf Resort & Spa at Natadola Bay?

We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our IT department.

Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up, install, and configure IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
  • Assist with system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity
  • Support the IT team in implementing security protocols and data protection measures

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar IT support role (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
  • A degree/diploma in Information Technology or related field is preferred
