What is the job?
We are looking for passionate people who are charming, confident and internationally minded being our next IT Assistant at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

  • The first point of IT Support contact for all guests and colleagues alike.
  • Provide technical assistance to colleagues on hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Set up accounts and user profiles.
  • Provide system administration and maintenance.
  • Respond to and diagnose technical hardware and software issues.
  • Research and recommend new technologies.
  • Create and maintain documentation of technical processes.
  • Follow up with users to ensure their technical issues have been resolved.
What we expect from you:
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Positive attitude and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Will be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
