Island Resort Operations Manager

Exciting opportunity to join the team at Barefoot Collection's! We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our island resort properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage comprehensive operating budgets for the resorts, including detailed forecasting and cost control measures
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost optimization
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory for all resort operations
- Lead a team of operations supervisors and staff, providing coaching and ensuring excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings across the resorts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in resort or hotel operations management
- Proven track record in budget creation, financial reporting, and cost control
- Expertise in food costing, inventory management, and F&B operations
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
