INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR DOMESTIC TOURISM MARKETING OBJECTIVE

The Vanuatu Tourism Office (VTO) invites expressions of interest from qualified local content creators or media production companies to undertake a content development project aimed at strengthening domestic tourism marketing and promotion. The objective is to produce high quality images and short videos showcasing Vanuatu’s tourism attractions, services, activities and cultural experiences to develop and grow domestic travel engagement across the country.

CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS

Interested content creators, photographers, or production teams must demonstrate:

•  Proven experience in photography and video production, preferably with a focus on tourism, lifestyle, or social media content
•  Ability to deliver content in appropriate formats and resolutions for digital use
•  Familiarity with domestic destinations and the ability to travel locally as needed
•  Ownership of professional-grade photography and video equipment (drone capability is an advantage)
•  Strong creative skills and understanding of current trends on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
•  Submission of a portfolio or samples of past relevant work from existing business operation.
