We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate individual for the role of Integrated Work System - INTERN. This role is responsible for highlighting and delivering Factory/Operations improvement activities enabling a more satisfying customer experience through efficient utilisation of resources. The role needs to work closely with many Local and Regional stakeholders in the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the role will require the following key
accountabilities and qualifications:
Key accountabilities:
- Work with Department leads to deliver business objectives for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with department leads to ensure goals set in the IWS Master plan is on track.
- Allocate time for self-development on IWS framework and in turn coach of others to
enhance IWS understanding.
- Conduct daily consultative reviews with stakeholders and focus in building critical capabilities.
- Participate in regular IWS networks, benchmarking activities, and Pillar meetings.
- Stay informed about operational progress and execution status.
- Lead factory Pillar and Daily Management System (toolbox) reviews, adjusting master plans as needed.
- Attend department reviews, provide feedback to Pillar owners, and conduct internal audits.
- Support critical systems development and train Operations Leadership Team on specific tools/systems.
- Share updates on progress, best practices, and issue IWS communications.
Qualifications and Essential Attributes:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Science, Applied Science, or Engineering with minimum of 2 years of in-depth knowledge in fast-moving consumer goods.
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate practical proficiency in analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Able to manage self and collaborate well cross departmentally.
- Display exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
- Demonstrate the capability to cultivate and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various cultures and organizational levels.
