Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ qualified and experienced individual for the Import/Export Officer position to be based in Suva.

Key Duties: 

• Arranging export shipment pick-ups / Import deliveries.
• Liaising with Nadi Office for export shipment booking.
• Constant liaising with Authorizes and other Regularities so that goals are achieved ie BAF Compliance, Customer Queries and Satisfaction.
• Export documentation.
• Loading and transfer of export consignments from Suva to Nadi.
• Export Job invoicing follow up with Nadi.
• Screening of Cargoes.

Requirements:

• Experience in similar role.
• Have a good command of written and oral English.
• Liaising with customers / sales visitation with sales team.
• Any other duties delegated by the Management.
• An honest & reliable person
